About the director

Fariha Ali is the visionary Co-Founder and Director of FA Beauty Private Limited, a dynamic cosmetics private-label and third-party manufacturing company based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. With a strong academic foundation, Fariha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Cosmetics along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Immediately after completing her education, she immersed herself in her family’s cosmetics manufacturing business, gaining hands-on industry exposure from an early stage in her career. This blend of technical expertise and business acumen laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey. Like many passionate entrepreneurs, Fariha did not begin with a large-scale factory or nationwide brand recognition. Instead, she started with a clear and powerful vision — to help beauty and wellness entrepreneurs transform their product ideas into market-ready brands without the heavy financial burden and technical complexities of setting up their own manufacturing units. She identified a significant gap in the market: emerging beauty brands and boutique startups often struggled to find manufacturing partners who could deliver not only high-quality cosmetic products, but also collaborate closely on formulation, packaging, compliance, and brand positioning.
